Develop Your Emotional Resilience

renew-U offers an opportunity for individuals, teams and organisations to gain an understanding of themselves and each other in order to develop a “tool box” of coping strategies around change, anxiety management and developing resilience. These practical and down-to-earth strategies can assist in building and maintaining wellbeing in the workplace and beyond. 

Sessions are offered as either a half or full day interactive training and can be developed as a bespoke package depending on need. Face-to-face or on-line training is available with the opportunity for follow-up sessions if required.

We all have mental health. Good mental health is an

asset that helps us to thrive. This is not just the absence

of a mental health problem, but having the ability to

think, feel and act in a way that allows us to enjoy life

and deal with the challenges it presents. Yet it can be

easy to assume that ongoing stress is the price we have

to pay to keep our lives on track. It is time to challenge

that assumption.
